How To Use Marketplace
- Log in to your account to be able to contact sellers. If you don't have an account you can sign up. You do not need a lease with us.
- If you are a current tenant, you can post items in your Resident Tools page.
- Browse the Marketplace for any products you are interested in. If images are available, the "image" button will be functional.
- Click "contact seller" to send a message. Your contact information will be visible to the seller. This is how they will reply to you.
Safety
- Try to meet at or around the property when closing deals.
- Meet in the middle of the day when there are lots of people around.
- The safest form of payment are cash or check given during the meeting.
- Bring a friend with you when closing a deal.
